Form1500 no longer allows Save and Print Options - Mac with Acrobat Reader
The Save and Print Options button no longer works. I need to print only the text entered on the form, not the actual form template. I am using MAC Operating System Ventura 13.1, and Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2022.003.20281. This previously worked on my older MAC with Adobe Reader. How can I access this print feature? I did not have Adobe Pro/paid-for versions previously.

Save and Print Options link not working
I downloaded the CMS 1500 PDF and now the "Save and Print Options" button doesn't do anything when clicked upon. What happened?
Please can you send me a link to the PDF'S instructions. Pleaser why can't I print the down loaded form as shown on the form?
I want to print the entire form but keep getting the text
