Question 21 Diagnosis field F to L limit

I can't type code, 
W27.4XXA , in  21A, 21F, 21J, 21G, 21K, 21D, 21H, 21L. Seems like the blue field is short in these. Any ideas on what can be done?

Hi  Benjamin,

Be sure you are using Adobe Reader when typing into the CMS 1500 PDF.  Then when you put in the code, type it, do not paste it in as you may have additional characters when cutting and pasting.

I've been typing the code in and not pasting it in. The blue field in your example above is nice and roomy; the blue field on the form I have stops exactly on or just shy of the red base-line.

Has there been an update to the program?  The one I'm using was purchased in 2012.
