I cannot type on my purchased PDF 1500 claim form. I’m asked for a password and told I don’t have permission to use form. ?? What does this mean?

Hi rachvgreene,

When you see a password statement it means that Mac Preview has opened the file instead of Adobe Reader.  To use this type of PDF to type, print and save it, you will need to use Adobe Reader for Mac.  You can download a free version to use here.  https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Once installed, open Adobe Reader first, then the file, to bypass your Mac Preview program.

Still not working. Unable to mark anything on form and the ‘print and save’ button is not active. Does not work. Can I get my refund?

Hi Rachel,

That would be caused by two things - either the file has been altered or you are still opening it with Mac Preview.  I will send you the file again to make sure you can use it.
