Having trouble saving

For some reason, nothing happens when i click on the pink button to save the pdf. Any suggestions for getting the drop down menu to work better?

From Dan:..

Be sure to save it to your computer first.

Then open Adobe Reader (not other software). Then the button menu will open and you can print and save. You may have opened it in your browser or other program.
