When I try to print on the CMS-1500 form, the printer won't print.
I'm running Mac OS Mojave. The printer icon shows up in the dock and then promptly disappears. I've deleted and reinstalled the printer. I have reset the printer to factory default. I have updated the software for the printer. Nothing seems to fix the problem. I was running the beta for Mac OS Catalina but was having too many bugs and reinstalled a back up of Mojave. That's when I started having issues.

Hi Dawn,
This may be an issue related to reverting back from Mac OS Catalina to Mac OS Mojave, as old drivers may be present. I see there are a few suggestions for this on you the internet You may have tried this already but take a look.

Next, check to make sure you have Adobe Reader for Mac installed. Here is a link if you do not have that installed yet.

I did see on the Adobe Forum for Mac OS Mohave "The print preview may not be visible in Acrobat print dialog (File > Print) [ADC-4254093]."

Hope it is a simple install of the Adobe Reader software to get you back to printing!

Hi Dan,
I do have the correct version of Adobe. And as I said above, I have cleared all printer info and reinstalled the printer. It's not happening with just 1 printer but a different printer as well. I'm at a loss.
