Con you tell me more about what you mean by the CMS 1500 PDF will not update? It is a template, so it remains the same while you create claims with it.
I have been using these forms for years. When I bill a patient on a new date of service all I have to do is change the date because the services are the same and codes stay the same, as does everything else, except the date. I then print the form and close it. Usually, when I have done this, the system asks me if I want to save the changes( the new dates of service). I say yes and it does so and closes the form. Now, the screen, titled in the top left corner "Save As" stays blank and nothing happens. I can close it and the form reverts back to the previous time it was used. This has been happening in the past two weeks. I noticed that Acrobat DC was somehow installed on 10/22/21, which may be the date after all of this started. When I got to close, I noticed that it says AcrobatDC (secured). I do not recall if that was how it read when the system was working.
Thank you for the detailed description. Most likely the Adobe Reader update has changed something - I would like to send you a new template for you to try, to see if that is related as well. Please email me your purchase account name that you used and I will look you up and send it to you. Send you email to dan@fiachraforms.com

The sequence is indicated as completed, but I have not received the new template. Also, does this mean I will have to fill in all new forms?
